I have observed that there are lots of opportunity in Dayton and other parts of Ohio but many local Ohioans seem to pass them up.

Although I have been asked many times by people who observe our crews and their work, to do projects for them, its been a challenging process putting them together and I need them to crank as many projects out for us as posdible.

You have to have a long term view, as these cycles take a decade or so, and longtime observer can see how it's taken areas up past the tipping point, or not.

At least this is my observation in the tech heavy bay area and its surroundings.I have been investing since 2007 in the stock market so far it has been good to me.

You do not always have to be presenting or jumping in to be learning, sometimes you can learn from just sitting back and observing the process, the numbers, the interactions, etc.

I completely agree with your observations about how many units a full time person can self-manage.

My observation is that the phone and cable companies are way better at the collection end of their business than landlords.

I need to be more observant.
