Clayton county and the south part of Fulton (specifically College Park) have been great for us.

If you are in a good park it might work but your other issue is that many are over 55 communities. 

Here are the rules overall in the nation but each municipality has it's own regs. 1 - Minimum sqft of 70 feet or 80 feet. 2 - Minimum horizontal footage of 7ft.

I’m in the area around the Fair Grounds and Westbrook Park, great rentals!  

I’m hoping to not build until I acquire more revenue from profits of the plot via flea market, parking, boat parking, or something else that requires minimal investment.

@Aaron Zimmerman my old Chicago buy box (Albany Park, Rogers Park, Irving Park, Lincoln Square, Ravenswood Manor) has moved pretty far away from my preferred fundamentals.

Chicago has so many awesome neighborhoods and Humbolt Park is definitely one of them!

OSU enrollment continues to grow and it ranks in the top 10 in the nation for highest enrollment to lack of housing ratio in the nation.

While R/E investing is about the same nationally the laws are different in each and every state.

A larger storage building (10X 12 tall barn style) is in the easement and I was told they would move it and move it back, at their cost.The access to the two rear units will be obstructed and damaged by the heavy equipment and the tenants will be upset and don't have another place to park their 4 cars.
