NO, it is not racial profiling to recognize that they are Mexican nationals without the documents needed to check the same info you check on anyone else.

Seems folks think you're going to paint a master piece with a paint by numbers set.One might know how to pick a guitar but they won't be successful in the music business unless they study music.What is it that attracts real estate zombies, is it the smell of money?

I also produce house music and DJ in nightclubs on the side.

It's very hard to tell your friends to clean up their unit, turn music down, charge them a late fee or especially evict them! 

I will leave you with this analogy....when you go to a nice restaurant and your in the dining room, the foods great, the music and ambiance is wonderful.

It's obviously nice to have a fan for those unpleasant trips to the bathroom after eating Mexican but my concern is there just going to smoke there.

You also have the problem of compatibility.A business won't tolerate loud music or stinky cooking that wafts into their shop.
