But I can consider rolling some of my retirement accounts into a self-directed IRA and investing in syndications that way if I wanted, and still enjoy all the tax-free growth in my retirement account.• Bonus depreciation is winding down, as many of us know.

It's a long term relationship that you'll want to build so might as well do go with someone you enjoy working with right from the jump.

I’ve enjoyed hosting short-term rentals in the past and would love to share this home with others, as I’ve put a lot of effort into preserving it.

As such, one of the things I enjoy doing is doing deep due diligence on deals and sharing those deals that pass with everyone to make it easier to take that first step.

We've been going to Edisto Beach or Harbor Island the last few years for a slower pace. we don't really get to be tourist when we are in Charleston we are working.. but we do enjoy the Restaurant scene and its a cool city.
