A bonus is if that company also manages and will stand behind that property after the sale to an investor like you.if you have the time, desire, risk tolerance, and knowledge, you can absolutely find and or create deals on your own.  

Plus managing tenants is a bit more time consuming with this model. 

I have worked with the closing team, renovation team, the property management team, and the customer service department.

I'm a managing partner at a holding company that does things a little differently, and we have a one stop shop for everything.
