You want to be close to RTP (our economic hub) and the airport (located right by RTP).

I was going to use Kiavi, but apparently I do not have a consumer profile and lexisnexis has to locate it and this can take a while and I have a deal on the table that I do not want to lose.Please advise.Thanks!

This generally means Sub To, or raising credit card debt capacity through the roof with teaser rates to buy D located BRRRR Properties liabilities   Both of which are terrible propositions for an investor who has limited knowledge and expertise.
