You can not only search for them, but you can assign your listing to a specific cleaner if you choose and they can accept cleanings that post as soon as a guest books (you must integrate it into your booking platform) and you pay the cleaners on there as well (direct deposit once the cleaning is completed).

The actual Booking.com site is crap and I have had issues with it, but the integration with Hospitable has not caused me any issue yet.

They are highlighting that the developer is vertically integrated as they will be both the contractor and developer.

For example, if I have three flips under one LLC during the year, is it possible to set up a QB account for each flip and then at the end of the year integrate them for a final p&L for that LLC?  

That being said, I have heard of third party services that can integrate with Airbnb or a property management system to do a thorough screening of instant book guests.
