I almost studied for a real estate license while in Hong Kong, back and forth on whether or not to do it in Canada or even the US .... any recommendation for where would be good to do it if interested in international opportunities?

People said the real estate markets in Hong Kong and China was unsustainable and in massive bubble territory... about 10 years ago.

@Jimmy Hong I'd do another partnership in the future, I'd just make certain to apply the lessons learned from this deal to any future ones so they turn out better.

My prediction is that the next crash will originate with a hard Brexit on Halloween night followed by China strongarming their way over in Hong Kong.

I suspect you don't have a lot of Hong Kong investors in the mid west like you do in the Bay Area.. 

I did Hong Kong and Burma last Feb and Europe in May!
