You raise rent by $200 starting January 1st and you put a big burden on people right after the Holidays.

I am trying to get the house back and every day she's in there hurts us because it is so close to the holidays, and very few people want to move right around Christmas.I appreciate all the feedback.  

We even had a serious "bite" that almost moved in earlier this month, but didn't sign the lease.So my question is, since we are about to enter the worst time to get people to move (holidays).

Based upon weekends & holidays the eviction will be filed with the courts between the 18th-22nd & the court day will be 4-6 weeks thereafter. 

Giant, bureaucratic corporate behemoth must have SOME human being with actual knowledge and the willingness to disperse it, right?

I may be doing it wrong, but my prices are dynamic, lower during the week, a little higher on the weekends, lower in November, a little higher in December and around the holidays where people take their vacations, etc.

We stopped having our house open to AirBNB at the beginning of Nov 2018, so that we can prepare the baby room and prepare for family that will visit during the holidays.
