Here's my biggest lesson - REMEMBER your WHY.FINANCIAL FREEDOM - doesn't necessarily look like having a company with 35 employees, having 8 vertically integrated real estate companies, striving to get another 300 wholesale & rehab deals, and another 1,000 units that year, while locking yourself into 20 zoom meetings a week to run a massive company that now owns YOU.

Jim,   It seems to me since this site is really working on monetizing itself as it should, as it relates to self promotion seems to me they could have a different level of membership that would allow for more freedom on advertisement on the open forum .. then just putting your name and such on your sig line.

Cash flow creates financial freedom, appreciation does not. 

Much like most, I am most interested in the financial freedom that real estate investing offers and what it can do for my family.
