I watched the LU webinar this past week and have gotten phone calls daily since then about the membership fee.

The average family now has to fork over an extra $1,000 per month for their daily expenses compared to 2020.

Don't think this problem was put in front of you to deter you, infact it'll likely you make you now look at all investments, and even daily tasks, differently and more appropriately.

I’ve been listening to the podcast for about four years now .I just decided to step it up and be active on the forms as well as upgraded to pro and I’ve been using the calculators on daily basis and it’s been amazing .I live in North Hollywood, California and I have four rental properties in Kansas City, Missouri.I am to grow my portfolio with cash, flowing assets and open for partnerships.I am a General contractor here in California, having a lot of experience with the building  procedures as well as good couple hundred thousand in cash ready to invest, looking for good opportunities, and tired of standing on the sidelines.Thank you for this awesome community!

In the beginning, we also handled this manually, but currently, I have settled on using PriceLabs and doing a lot of manual input and monitoring on a daily basis.With that being said, I have discovered that to be successful and get the absolute best revenue from each home, you need to adopt different strategies for different seasons.
