@Helen Kolton - it was not meant to be an attack and I am sorry if it came off that way.  

I feel backed into a corner with your responses, so I would ask for more respectful interactions in the future and less inflammatory attacks.

LJ has lesions on his thalamus [both sides] which causes his brain to signal to the nerves in his body that they are under acute attack [at his worst he was passing out hundreds of times a day from the pain] He also is high functioning autistic and has profound tourettes but that's kindof like worrying about a paper cut when someone is having a heart attack.My son has always had big dreams, even before he became ill.

I am working with a seller on a unique property in Somerville / Cambridge, MA line in a very hot area and am wondering the best way to attack this.

Grant (and readers) this is not an attack on your commentary as much as it is commentary for the reader to take into consideration, so that said please do not take my manner of addressing the statements personal.

My first plan of attack would be insulating the attic floor, then maybe an attic fan if needed.

A UCC form is also filled and filed to have a 1st or 2nd position lean of the assets incase I get sewed by a contractor during renovation or tenant in case of an inside attack.

I had 2 of them trained and for attack, they scared me some around other people, especially if I wasn't home. 

That said, you learn from your mistakes, pick yourself up, and start the attack again.

@Leon Yang  This is a home that sits directly across the street from me that has been empty for about three years...owner had a heart attack while mowing the grass and moved into a condo...I think the income on a monthly basis is key...and if I were him, I would want a balloon at some point in the next 10-15yrs...any suggestions?
