Typically I try to stick with an earth tone color..antique white/beige- nothing too dark or too light or gender specific.

Antique white everywhere.

For our places, we went with higher end second hand stores and inexpensive antique stores.We really did not want a brand new hotel look and feel, that goes against everything that STRs are about to me.Good quality solid wood furniture, real artwork, knicknacks and swag with character.

It’s antiquated and inaccurate. 

At least this is my unsophisticated model...We furnished both of our relatively high end STRs from second hand and antique stores.

Shocking....but not really....that in this day and age a federal agency can be so antiquated. 

For the informed, gone are the days of the need for a realtor, at least under the antiquated commission structure that's made them wealthy for years. 

@Karen Margrave for higher-end, what about reclaimed or antique woods? 

I have seen some become self storage, some workout gyms, some garden centers, some antique stores etc.My clients tend to buy retail centers with internet resistant tenants for mix like doctor, nail salon, hair salon, karate school, gym, restaurant,etc.The sky isn't falling in retail.

So i live in Lawrence County Alabama.. my dad couldn’t afford to pay to taxes on my grandmothers property for 2017 (she’s deceased, but his property) anyway.. he’s been in and out of hospital withh cancer can’t work (self employed, no health insurance) and i couldn’t pay it either... so scrimping and saving to get t back.. mean while the man that bought it in January-March at the sale has cleared off a lot of my dads personal property and been in the house which still holds all of my grandmothers personal items/furniture/pictures/ antiques etc... and is planning to have it logged off....can he do that ???
