Plus as you say, the proximity to Iowa City, especially since the IC and CR areas are growing towards each other with North Liberty, etc.I'll be in Davenport for the first time next week, so it will be interesting to see it with your commentary in my mind.

They are marketing a new deal in North Carolina on FB.

With an end to the construction on 36 in sight, maybe it'll get better on the north end (stop laughing, fellow Denverites), but the south has been a mess for the 10 years I've been here... was probably a mess well before that, and will continue to be a mess well into the future.

I’ve been researching North and Northwest suburbs to invest but haven’t had a chance to research lenders.  

I wish I lived in one of those midwest states or north of Florida states.

Hi BP - I'm a North Jersey investor and am looking to connect and network with a specific niche: owners and investors in licensed Rooming Houses or Boarding Houses in NJ.

I am able to travel north into JC easily but towards Asheville and anywhere south is impossible as the bridges have all been washed away. 

We have strong tenant pools so almost never have significant damages anyways (I never have on north side).
