Playing slots, and the lottery, isn't much different than driving down Main St while throwing money out the window... ;)

The DC market appears to be a good market but because of my affordability I was looking more at Baltimore or PG County, is there any specific zip codes I should stay away from or is it on a street by street basis.

Some of the info Im looking to find is for my local area MD/PG County area is:-Market inventory-Avg days on the market-Median sale price-Forclosure rates I've read some of this info if not all is collected by the local board of realtors & released to the public quarterly/monthly.

I pointed out to him that in the medicine cabinet, was a little slot where people of the time would literally drop their used razor blades right down into the wall.

The HVAC technician is coming from Charles County, the plumber and electrician is coming from PG, the carpenter/drywall/painting crews are coming for Montgomery.  

BP is a little different too, might have too many sections and trying to put a two part question in one slot might be confusing.

Trim work, new door, move a closet into its slot - ready to start now.
