Many of my 'JOB' colleagues would drop by nights & weekends to drink my beer & watch me bust my azz & tell me how much money I was going to lose on that piece of trash. 10 years after I bought this one & several more I retired.

Personally, I am available mostly on weekends as work tends to be really busy on week days now in the beginning of the year.

It's close enough for me on paper to go look at it this weekend if I had that last bit of information. 

@Adam Wertz Hello fellow Adam, I would recommend you get your real estate license and start working that business on the side, such as before/after/during work (if possible) and especially on weekends.
