I just feel as though because of my personality type that this would make the best sense for me, though that's not to say that I won't discover other niches in REI later on.I'm so glad I joined this amazing community and hope to make some great connections!

On page optimization (essentially rewriting all your content so it’s unique and will help rankings), off-page (all your local listings, directories, etc), back-link building, consistent content creation, getting that content on high authority pages as a third party contributor, ideally linking back to your site, etc.

It seems like everyone has their own niche and makes money in a different way. 

@Nich J. there are probably 20-30 different insurance carriers who can provide you a solution, most of these companies are accessed through an independnat insurance broker.From your agents response, sounds like you are working with a personal lines agent. 

There are some things you might consider doing after you have selected your niche and market area.One thing you might want to do is to form some type of corporation or a LLC.  

Simultaneously figure out your niche or targeted demographic.

Since so much has to do with location/size/niche, etc., I am trying to focus on learning more about strategy and mindset of others in BP than the actual numbers themselves. 

There are also some unique toilets for confined spaces.

So cycling out the tenant might be prudent, but there may be a way to target a niche market (large, multiple dog owning tenants, etc).

That niche is more or less my specialty - and I spend every day trying to buy more of them.
