Do they want to have 1 am leaking toilet calls?

New kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, new fixtures throughout, new outlets and switches throughout, luxury vinyl plank flooring on first floor, carpeting on second floor, new vanities in all bathrooms, new toilets, 2” faux blinds throughout, new windows (more on that at the end), and a new water softener system.

The exterminator says that all the entryways are sealed, and the mice are entering either through open screen doors, and possibly through the sewers/toilets.

For instance, the toilets, vanities, light fixtures, flooring, tile, backsplash, etc.

I sent out a few emails to local credit unions in the area and will look into HML if that doesn't pan out.

We have the architect blue prints, however, we now have to design the interior in where things are going to go (cabinets, DW, sink, toilet, etc.)  

If it's a rough crowd, most likely you will have plumbing issues if they are not trained properly on what can and cannot be put down the drains/toilets.

Regardless of what figures are shown any prospective buyer is going to run them their way and if the numbers pan out for them then great, if not no big deal. 

The kitchen was remodeled, new appliances, granite, knocked out part of LR wall for open-concept kitchen/LR, tore up carpeting throughout to reveal hardwood floors, installed LVP in 1) kitchen and 2) den-turned 4th BR, upgraded toilets, painted entire house including pine planks and paneling, and crown molding,  installed sliders to backyard.

Needs new toilets, pedestal sink and other odds and ends.
