Thinking instead of just buying another primary home, I will find something more affordable to BRRRR or Home Hack into another rental using as little down as possible and then perhaps purchase another rental or two.

I invest there from California and will be closing on doors #13 and #14 next month (duplex).The city is going through a major revitalization effort and lots of investment.

Between all of the set up work, creating your listing, responding to guests, setting door codes, scheduling cleaners, paying bills, reviews etc it is not hard to log 2+ hours per week.

I have never had two nurses travel together and needing a 2 bedroom. 

I personally own 3 doors OOS and self manage.

We know we'd still have to pay for the solar, but it'd be nice to get a two-for-one and pay over time rather than all at once. 

And so I just keep following up with him every month or two or three, until he is ready to buy.
