Now the site asks me to go to iTunes and I am having difficulty in accessing.

I'm just starting out but I am having difficulty defining how it is I am really helping a distressed homeowner and why I would be a better solution than any other of the thousands investors competing for their house. 

How difficult is it to find a park manager?  

The difficulty and error comes in re accurate expenses and deferred CAPEX and business risk in general (septic / lagoons / wells).That's using std factors for 100% lot rent of 30% expense ratio, and selling price at 10% cap rate.  

Another place to look is near the nano technology center the state recently backed near Albany.  

Some PM took over too many areas than they can handle.A SFH PM may have difficulty & manpower to handle a 100 unit complex.

Luckily as a foreigner I can often get out of it, but without difficulty!   

I would love to do automatic draft from the tenant into a business account, but have not crossed that bridge yet.With technology the way it is now with online banking etc. just curious as to how you have it setup or how you plan on changing to make it easier.Thoughts?

I go crazy over how the front yard looks more than the inside unless it is really bad inside.For me the more difficult thing to deal with is unauthorized pets or people, smoking indoors, smoke detector batteries always dead, and difficulty contacting them (cell phone disconnected, become non-communicative when under stress, disappear in the night).Cheers!
