You can also buy sticker letters from auto stores and put them on your glass window.Print some fliers out and post them in groceries stores in the area.Get one of your We Buy Houses sign and hold it up infront of an entrance to a place that they have large gatherings.

And if the agent is good.... let them sell it on a sliding scale.... something like this( 5%...with 3% to the buyer side.... or 4% if they bring the buyer ).....
