We certainly have figure out how the "keywords" work as whenever we mention a certain aspect of REI, we get tons of posts supporting the idea of people who have their businesses in their signature or PM's telling us what they have available.  

I like them in standard letter size (not in legal size) and the carbon copy makes it really easy to fill them out quickly and have identical copies with signatures for you and the tenants.The main advanatage is in their popularity.

You can verify this yourself.My signature line came from another forum from a Honolulu "real estate expert" that had one rental that was his original personal residence.

It has to have the date, reason for needing them to vacate, your signature and either hand delivered or certified mail.

Mine is through that big blue logo on each post and my signature line.
