I don't personally know Ohio but the seller put a lot of work into the property, it has a waiting list.the seller took out a private loan, last year the property was about 90% occupied but at that time they couldn't refinanced because of the market.then the foreclosure process started now there is red tape on the door and the property is going to be taken back by the end of august.also like i sad they owe 375 and i think 15k for two boilers

The sad part about that is, I am getting a paralegal degree, but now I am not interested in using it at all, real estate investing will be my next full time job.I hope this wasn't too long winded, and I look forward to talking to and learning from all of you.

If you Get the munchies then go buy a bag of Doritos or something ,I force them to  sign a lead based disclosure attachment .Sadly Like most major metropolitan cities Detroit is ran by corrupt insane liberals that cause the problem ,then offer to sell you the solution .

Its exciting and sad at the same time, during great economic turmoil more millionaires are made but that's because the wealth flows to the top, while thats good for the top, it's not so good for everyone else, but alas that's the system we live in and we have to play by the rules unless we sit on the bench and play Monday morning QB.I say go out there and build some security for yourself and your family and friends.
