They'll be able to point you in the right direction.Large cities will often have annual auctions to unload their inventory.If there is a formal process in the city, not just a random situation, you'll be able to find some info at the town hall website.

Are you saying they should only make a "reasonable" profit of $5000 or $10,000 or some other random number you come up with, because they got it for free?
