If you can go 'Full Doc" another words use income to qualify plus rents it would be worth it to take a look at other options.I would be interested in knowing what program you are using and the property type.

@Alex MartensTry and work on some type of termination agreement with themWhen I worked for development company we would deal with this and do abatements for temporary causes but this seems like the business is not going to surviveBe let them out of the lease and get a new tenant in there with a long term lease
