If you just want to own a large portfolio you can create some LLC's and hold the properties in those LLC's.If you want a property management companies with property managers and stuff like that then thats a whole different ball game. 

I also would encourage you to study the BRRRR Strategy, if you haven't already, it is crazy good game changer!

I've only seen the KREIA ones online. 

But from my understanding from my education what your confusing yourself is most likely going to be further down your investing game.
