Does anyone host or know of meetups that may not be posted online or advertised very heavily?

Simply write up an option that says you can purchase the property at any time within the next 2 years (or 3, or whatever) and that the price will be the appraised value at the time of purchase minus $2,000 for each month between the start date and the date of exercise.So let's say the house appraises for $400k in 2 years.

Is there an online way such as cash-app or anything that will allow me to collect payments that are over 500?

It's a great neighborhood and the best school in the county is just down the block, so it's primarily a family neighborhood and I prefer to keep turnover dates on the school schedule.  

All of my rent collection is done online through cozy or zelle.

The property had one less room than the county had online.

I'd be willing to move a lot more money over if we were going to be using their lending services.We have been using Fortera but their online system is TERRIBLE, especially for trying to transfer money to and from our Ally accounts.
