You have to figure out which ones you like the best and put out an offer that actually makes sense.

If a legal claim takes place, it is highly likely both the property owner and property manager will be named co-defendants.

Now it would have to go to auction and bid on by the public, high bidder wins.

They are wanting the utilities to be included, along with washer/dryer, however as stated in the listing, and repeated to them, the house is not furnished and only offers washer/dryer hookups.
