Central and West street is a good blue collar area.

C is working class (mostly service jobs, recent immigrants, blue collar) and B is somewhere in between.   

NNN is the stock equiv of buying some giant blue chip which is advisable when you're older.

Out of the blue a realtor from NY calls me and I list my property for 300K (a figure I pulled out of thin air) and a couple days later he calls me with a buyer.

I'm in southern VA, about 50 mins south of Roanoke and 75 mins north of Greensboro and Winston Salem. 20 mins from me is a blue-collar town with lots of homes available for under $40K.

We used to run a business out of our house, and sometimes people would just show up out of the blue thinking that they could just come whenever.
