@Chris MooneyHi Chris, I think the benefit of putting a plan together - not gonna lie it does take some time :) is to do that mental work and see what you're missing in your plan, thinking through the components and realizing what needs further refinement.

OK... the person owning the property put the property in a "estate Trust".. they assigned a person to manage the trust for them.. hence the Trustee is the person designated as manager of the trust, the person that owns the trust could be dead, or mentally not able to manage any longer..

Or more specifically, Seth reiterated the investor mentality perfectly.At one point I made a campaign where I went into the property appraiser/assessor office, (in many areas you can do this online) and received a list of all the duplexes in my county.
