I see a lot of medical debt causing issues and that's a totally different story - in a lot of cases that has almost nothing to do with someone's financial responsibility.

I have a duplex that is going to be rented and used for rental arbitrage... mid-term leasing to medical workers.I just submitted the lease to the tenant and listed her as the individual tenant but altered to allow her "guests". 

I want to see a local office address and phone, with locally licensed medical or otherwise documented professional.

From my sole opinion, I would think that the demand would be absolutely ludicrous because of the many medical facilities and college campuses around the city, but I have never done research on this market in particular.2.)

I work in the medical field and every day have to work around problems and often Un cooperative people.

Columbus overall has seen great appreciation with many new jobs being created from large expansions by companies such as Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Children's hospital, and Wexner Medical Center.

There is very little financial training offered to young medical professionals.

There are medical bills accumulating pretty quickly right now & as strange as this sounds, better the bills than the alternative.

to me that is not worth it as i have only had 3 late payments in the past 10 years.  1 due to medical issues and forgot paid immediately, 1 due to covid and was a restaurant worker, and 1 because lease expired and they didnt update the autopay for the new lease.
