Its like the designer goes in there, doesn't realize that the sagging floor might mean there is a problem, and then is surprised when there is a major foundation problem.

The reason being they have a certain something at the outside, then adds a bit of glamour and look to the overall design of the house.

These plans are designed for business owners and their spouses and can not incorporate employees other than the owners.
