@Orlando Ramey- welcome and good luck ...I would reocmmend getting a formal pre approval in place as a first step - the process is easy and free and it will help get you organized / prepared and also educate you about the process and all the numbers involved ...if you end up not buying anything - you wont owe anyone anything
