If a voucher holder were to call me today and asked, if I accepted vouchers - if I said that I certainly would, but that the property is not currently approved and it may take months to get that approval - would they stick around?

You'll need to submit correct information either way - to a CPA or software.I don't see how it's like someone preparing your food (unless you provide all the ingredients, chop it up, provide the stove, etc) or working on your car.   

Overall, she does keep a pretty tidy house, but also has a child who may/may not pick up leftover food and drinks as well as he should. 

Some of the share holders are saying now is the time to sell but none of them are experienced in real estate.
