Also, as I noted above, there are many things that need to be considered when looking at investments.As a builder I can tell you that since the crash, banks wanting to lend on "spec" projects are very hard to come by, and crowdfunding can fill that void.

We would like to use the rehab projects and rental property to fill in the gaps and ultimately may decide to so primarily that depending on how successful we are at it.
