That can easily be $5000 plus per year.Its been almost 6 years since I developed any covered storage, but I was around $25 per square foot for 12' x 45' covered (and enclosed on 3 sides). 

Unless they provided you proof of replacing the line out to the street with PVC I highly recommend it.

If it is $50 a month, you'll obviously recoup that with additional rentals pretty easily.

Anyone got a good recommendation for websites that can provide me a deeper analysis of a neighborhood, preferably on a zip code basis?

I don't have a very big budget so I want to make sure I make a smart purchase and I'm even open to possibly partnering up with some developers and builders and or even provide them with some heavily discounted lots as well.
