I doubt it, however I would make it a priority to move in quickly.

We are waiting on the final word but she's very doubtful it will work. 

I doubt it will be detrimental to your business because you disclose it.

@Brian Burke  Very good post... if one wants a very long career in the RE industry unless they are going to be a sales agent or broker their entire career.. the RE investor will no doubt move from different asset class's as opportunities avail themselves.Different regions of the country get hot at different times..

I can't answer that question easily or quickly and I doubt any lawyer worth his salt would do so.

We also painted the roof rim/facia and balconies to match (no shutters on this building).Another building in the area is going through this now and they appear to be going with a cement board or masonite cladding (I haven't gotten that close) in a brown/green earth tone.

Yes it is normal to have doubts, fears, anxiety, etc. with your first home.You sound like you are in a good position financially.

I doubt I would have gotten that with just a $2500 reno.
