Me and my 21 years of experience of doing the right thing for borrowers by educating them with all of their options will respectfully disagree. 

People are welcome to disagree, but I think there was a ton of depth to this show beyond the motivation and energy.

Occasionally I have seen funds where the operator knows what assets they're going to purchase so you can agree or disagree with where that money is going to an extent.   

How much legal protection they actually provide is a highly debatable topic, and you should ask attorneys (even though they tend to disagree between themselves).
