I've realized I don't know this prospective market well enough and I live too far away to invest out-of-state right now so I'm not agonna even offer. 

So when prospective guests contact you by phone, do you go ahead and book directly over the phone with them or do you still refer them out to VRBO or AirBnB?  

Thinking hard about investing in Stuyvesant-Prospect.

It would be a total change from my current career, which is both a scary and exciting prospect for me.

As far as the developer strategy that is something I haven’t thought about so I definitely appreciate the feedback.

I have a room for rent and I have a prospective applicant with a 17 year old son.

@William S. my clients in WI who have been developing apartment complexes are stating the current aquisition cost of land plus construction cost does not make anymore.  

I believe there will be more storage units built in the area, I keep leaning toward a business sweet condo development.
