That said, there are certain markets that have a higher probability of appreciation based on macro factors like high employment, increasing population, warm weather, low taxes, etc. 

The business is hard and takes constant self motivation, quick absorption of knowledge and attention to detailI will add that to succeed quickly if one has a very large warm market or tons of family in the area your working and there is not a realtor in the bunch.. this can propel you quicker. 

I'm wondering if anyone can point me in a direction or link me with other investors that maybe have properties that meet those two specifications (warm weather/safe location).
