It looks like 7 months has past since the last post on this thread - Has anything changed in anyones point of views?

The tenants indicate that because the pets are certified companion/service animals I cannot collect extra rent or additional deposit and my interpretation of the law seems to agree with this view. 

Further more am I supposed to view these properties prior to sending mail or am I only fishing to get a return call or email???  

The woman moving in the other rental property came to me asking about the landlord because she has a very bad feeling, What she was describing to me was word for word what happened with us, and her living conditions are WAY worse than mine!
