Consider if there are five full price buyers for every listing today...if crap hits the fan, there still could be two full price buyers...net effect for some sellers is likely nil.

I'm sure some on BP will give you crap for splurging, but at the same time say "Remember your why!".

Those properties built in thr 50s and 60s are probably 10 times more solid than the crap they threw up in the 80s

The MLM model has recently hit the field of public adjusters and people acting on a weekend course are spouting this same crap about how they work for you and not their clients, they get you the settlement you deserve, blah blah blah and they have the same nonsense sales website designed to get you on their marketing list.

In any case, I don't think it devalues my worth one iota because my assets are real and tangible, not some dumb influencer crap.
