Before you head out, Google “Wholesale Installation Supply Warehouse (your city and state)”Visit the “Will Call” Counter at these businesses and there will be a bulletin board with installer’s names and phone numbers.Ask the counter help which installers, posted on the board, frequent their business and seem to have the best reputation.

This was with a BP regular that posts frequently about partnering etc-so I would tell people not to fall into the same trap as I did and invest with someone solely because you are "familiar" with them.

There are town homes that are frequently for sale in Flagstaff that have this restriction that have been sold and re-sold many times but always with the same restrictions.

Also, I suggest if you are getting frequent charges, to enquire whether or not the tenant is being charged for things that are broken due to their negligence.
