Sales and rental prices are declining in the Cape Coral area/Lee County area.

I am usually vague, because I do not draw a line on a specific number that is approved or declined.  

While the market in and around Boston has been pretty stable, many towns outside of the city have had some pretty steep declines.

I just declined an couple because of bankruptcy.

There are areas that declined rapidly in just a few years.

So hyperinflation is when people do not trust their money anymore and want to buy stuff before the price goes up (ie the value of the paper money declines further).
