I believe STRs are something that you will constantly fine-tune as a new STR investor until you have a good bit of experience under your belt.

I also have zero experience I have done a lot of research and am anxious to get my first deal under my belt.   

Im 26 and currently working on debt reduction with one rental under my belt lol. anyways I do have a question for you though.

Some people do get stuck in the dabbling phase for years and to get one under your belt will do wonders for you in the future.

Once you have a few properties and experience under your belt, then you can negotiate with your self about embracing such applicant profiles or conditions.Security Clearance has nothing to do with background checks.If so I assume once you do a background check the US government will notify you that they will not share any data on the person.Best wishes.darn secret agents!

My Goals for 2021:Now that I have 2 cash flowing LTR’s under my belt, I’ve set my sights on STR for my next investment goal.

I agree that there is opportunity in every neighborhood with the right plan in place, I would just like to enter into those type of challenges with some experience under my belt.
