Maybe you can find a Black Friday or Cyber Monday deal :-) In all seriousness though, do some searches, ask other investors & shop around.

If that's what's happening, then it should be fine, because the guy (or girl of course) who you're paying to have your best interests in mind does.It could also be a situation where the specific issues you're raising are not that complicated and your CO professional can just look it up himself.I will add that to my knowledge real estate will need to be probated wherever it is located.
