While I don't know much about wholesaling (yet) I know quite a bit about mobile technology solutions and integration/automation so I offer my expertise there to a fellow FL REI. 

This goes back to the flaws of the software (or any "automated" software)...if you're really going to get after it, face to face door to door is the way to go.  

Ideally they would choose a recurring automated payment but it is not necessary that they do so in these systems.

As a beginner, it's alright to spend time on hunting for good deals, that's the hustle you need to go through to find out that it is important t automate this process and rely on other people such as wholesalers to bring you good deals. 9- Make offers, and this one is really really a HUGE milestone.
