@Nicholas DeGaetani, likely, you bought your current primary with zero consideration for future cash flow, and it looks like you may become coerced to do so again.Primaries that are bought for family/emotional reasons should generally just get "exchanged" when the time arrives that those reasons expire, and are replaced with new ones.It is what it is.
