The implied value of that is not 0, so when the sales contract contemplates them, it does not feel unreasonable to seek compensation.

I would contact the builders prior to seeking the investors and get a number of different rates from different companies to see the prices on certain condominiums, and also make sure all land selected has proper zoning ordinances for commercial housing.

Rather I'd prefer to hold property and gain from it on a monthly basis.I know it's more complicated from that, which is why I want to learn.So basically, I'd like to know if you have any specific material for off-country investment, vacation property that may only work half the year (In Crete, I understand the island is not active during the winter), management, and biographies/success stories/mistake stories of such cases.I type as I think, so I might be all over the place, apologies for that.Thank you very much!

First, I didn't see if you were active duty or not but that might have a little influence on the decision here.  

It will show my loan account as active and current but mortgage company will report all credit bureau on monthly basis that I'm on "Forbearance Plan".

I've am both an active and passive player in REI to satisfy both spectrums for myself so you may want to look at a two pronged strategy and not put all your eggs into one basket, especially if you are a newbie to owning apartments.  

If you can find a condo with an active HOA and one that has a healthy reserve and is run well, condos are amazing investments.  

That requires that whichever CPA you work with have full visibility into all your active and passive sources of income (and losses!).
