The "gurus" we speak of in here are not the real REI coaches, but rather the guys (often reality TV show people) that offer the late-night-infomercial hotel courses.  

Everybody thought MC Hammer had plenty of cash until they saw him on TV hawking "Cash for Gold" on late-night infomercials ;) .

I have never had an auto loan and I never carry over a balance on a credit card.I did negotiate a lower rate on my satellite tv but I was able to keep the same channels so it wasn't really a sacrifice.

Of course the same can be said for time I spend golfing or watching TV.

Additionally, the scammer's name would most likely become public and be easily searchable forever - potentially helping future vacation rental owners and landlords alike.I fully recommend touching base w/print and TV reporters.

Leave an entitled brat money and you'll end up on reality tv.  

It has a pool, multiple bbq grills, a gym, a lounge with pool table, shuffle board, and 4 TV's (great for hosting friends and family), and a top of the line coffee machine that saves us $6-7 per day.

think again Brad there are post after post of people putting their life savings into those morris homes and have nothing but empty shells to show for it taking 90% capital loss's  .. granted some of them of course are as you describe but many were not.in Fact he preys on the beginner and those who did not know about BP or also those that thought because he was on TV how could it not be true :(  one of the worse violation of the public trust I have seen in the last 2 decades.. right up their with Kwami the mayor of Detroit that got thrown in prison.

The poor are sipping their 4th beer watching reality tv.   

But it'll crash hard and the "flipping" TV shows will go away, the gurus will disappear, and a lot of people will learn to live with their 9-5s and index funds.TL;DR This is an investment bubble being pumped up by unorthodox capital just like last time, although it's coming from a different place.
